They all claim that they owe it all to the power of yoga and detox juices. But is that really the truth?
How did I lose weigh after my pregnancy and got my tigh stomach back again
This was one of my big questions during my pregnancy, "How do these women do it?" When you're pregnant, you're obviously 24/7 busy with yourself and the little one in your stomachh. Thats when I was thinking that only yoga en detoxing couldn't be enough. However, I really wanted to be a fit mom. I, myself, am a quite active lady who loves to excercise. I continued to exercise untill my 6th month of pregnancy. After 6 months it started to be really tough for me.
I even was following a trict diet to each as much as healthy as possible, but despite my efforts I only got bigger and my weight increased. I grew to 69 kilos during in my 35th week of pregnancy. I usually weigh about 50 kilos! I felt like a big puppet, everything just grew 2 times bigger. My face, neck, arms and feet...I wasn't happy about it. Then, during my 36th week of pregnancy my water broke and the 'roller coaster' ride began. After a week in the hospital and 5 hour delivery, I finally held my pride & joy in my own arms. A healthy daughter of 44cm and 2448 grams.

How do you keep your waistline slim?
It seems impossible that a waist corset can give you a permanent slim waist, so I did research. Apparently there are multiple types of corsets, like plastic and latex corsets. The Lady Habits has steel boning and therefore gives the most results!
Svetlana (founder and owner of Lady Habits) I understand that if I wear the waist trainer everyday, I evenrually will lose inches around my waist in a few weeks time. What does the waist training corset feel like?
It takes some getting used to at first, I admit. And may not be easu our comfortbale all the time, but the end results are really satisfying. In the first 2 weeks, I wornd waist training corset six hours a day. After that eight hours a day. After five weeks I even slept in it, because at some point my waist became smaller and more flexible. It's on you to choose how tight you wear the waist training corset. It should NEVER hurt, and you obviously need to breathe properly.
